New platform for Human Resources

Electrão has implemented a new human resources platform, Bizneo, to facilitate the management of vacations, leave periods and staff evaluations.

Climate Excellence and Engagement

Having consolidated its Human Resources policy, Electrão was ranked 8th in 2024 in the Excellence Index carried out by Neves de Almeida HR Consulting and CEGOC with the scientific coordination of ISCTE Executive Education, 4.2 points above Be.

Two awards

Electrão was awarded two prizes in the area of Human Resources, as a result of the Index of Excellence study, which assessed the organizational climate and the development of human capital: 1st place in the sector and 8th place in Small Companies.

Internal Communication

In 2024, there were moments to reflect and analyze the results and objectives as a team, identify problems and solutions and improve communication and collaboration. 

Despite growing personal interaction, Electrão continued to focus on digital media to disseminate external and internal information in its relationship with its employees, maintaining the Electrão Channel and its various information sections.

Team Talks

General team meetings are essential moments to reflect on the organization's results, objectives and challenges, promoting joint analysis and the search for effective solutions. In 2024 Electrão adopted a team talks format, providing an open and dynamic space where employees could share concerns and suggest improvements.

Mentoring Program 

In 2024, Electrão continued and strengthened the mentoring program provided for in the Talent policy, designed to boost the professional and personal development of its staff. The main objectives of this program are to foster the sharing of knowledge and experience between different generations, promote the growth of key skills, support career progression and strengthen the culture of collaboration and learning within the Association.

Acquiring New Skills

In 2024 Elecrão continued to promote training activities, with a special focus on the safety of its employees. This training covered good practices in the workplace, risk prevention and emergency response, ensuring that everyone has the necessary knowledge to act safely and efficiently.
